Our classes range from beginner to advanced, perfect whether you’re entirely new to baking or you’re a seasoned expert.

Each class focuses on building up your decorating skills. One of our talented instructors can walk you and your friends through a step-by-step process to create your very own edible piece of art. We’ll supply all the tools and ingredients, so just bring your enthusiasm and maybe a few guests. Plus, you get to take your tasty creation home!

Beginner Baking Classes

Even if you don’t know the difference between buttercream and royal icing, we have a class for you! Our beginner classes cover all the basics of baking, with a special focus on icing and decorating. Students will learn various skills, including how to use a filling bag or decorate a cake. You’ll be paired with an instructor who can teach you how to decorate a beautiful cupcake or brownie that you can be proud of!

Advanced Baking Classes

Ready to take your decorating skills to the next level? Our advanced baking classes kick up the difficulty a bit more. These classes teach students how the professionals decorate cakes and encourage them to polish their skills. You’ll learn how expert cake decorators bring their edible artwork to life. Our instructors are happy to guide you through the process.

Seasonal Baking Classes

Nothing makes the holidays sweeter than baked goods! When the holidays roll around, visit us for seasonal baking classes. In these special classes, students have the freedom to create whatever baked goods they want, themed around a specific topic. We offer seasonal classes for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and other major holidays. Let your imagination run wild!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to make a reservation?

All classes have a limited number of openings and must have a certain number of students for the class to be held. You must preregister online or by phone at least 48 business hours before the start date to reserve a seat.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If for any reason, you wish to cancel your reservation to any class, you must notify an Over The Top manager at least 48 business hours prior to the class start time to reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a 100% forfeit of class payment.

Can I reschedule for a class at a later time?

If you give 48 business hours advance notice, your class fee can be applied to a future class or used for store credit. Please understand that all classes must meet a minimum number of students, and you may be rescheduled until the minimum number of students is met. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will only be given in the case that the class is canceled. Refunds will be in the same form of payment that was originally taken at the register. You may also use this refund as store credit.

What if I have an emergency and can’t make the class?

We do understand that emergencies can arise, and our management will work with you on an individual basis at their discretion. This matter will also be addressed with the class instructor to make alternative arrangements.

Will you use my photo on social media?

Your registration for a class grants permission for Over The Top Cake Supplies to use any photo or video taken during classes, parties, and/or camps for promotional use. This includes but is not limited to the website, all social media, and store displays.

What if I have feedback about the class?

We hope you enjoy all the classes you attend at Over The Top Cake Supplies. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your experience, please contact the retail manager of your Over The Top Cake Supplies location. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
